Foundation 3 Star 7.88" Assembled Skateboard Complete

The Foundation 3 Star 7.88" Assembled Skateboard Complete is a ready-to-ride setup built for skaters who want a responsive, proportionally sized board with dependable components and classic Foundation style.

Built around a 7.88" wide x 31.75" long, 7-ply maple deck with a 14" wheelbase, this complete offers a compact, maneuverable feel that works especially well for street skating, skateparks, and learning technical tricks. The slightly narrower deck makes it easier to move the board underfoot while still providing enough platform for stability and control.

WHO DOES THIS BOARD FIT?

Using skateboard manufacturer and Create-A-Skate founder Paul “Professor” Schmitt’s wheelbase sizing approach, a 14" wheelbase is a good starting point for riders approximately 5'3" or taller

Wheelbase is the distance between the front and rear truck mounting points, and it plays an important role in how a skateboard fits a rider’s natural stance. A board with a wheelbase that better matches a skater’s proportions can help with balance, turning, board control, and learning to generate pop.

The 14" wheelbase combined with the 7.88" width makes this a particularly nice option for shorter teens, smaller adults, and progressing skaters who want a board that feels responsive without being overly small.

Height is a helpful starting point, not a strict rule. Leg length, shoe size, skating style, terrain, experience, and personal preference can all affect what setup feels best.

BEST FOR

A great choice for skaters looking for a smaller, responsive complete for street and skatepark skating. The 7.88" width sits right between a traditional 7.75" and 8.0" deck, giving riders quick board response while maintaining a comfortable amount of standing room.

For riders around 5'3" to 5'8", the 14" wheelbase provides a proportionate starting point for stance and board control.

Finished with Foundation’s classic 3 Star graphic, this complete combines timeless skateboard style with a practical setup built for progression.
